Small power tools training

Koolat Safety offers a short course in the safe operation of small power tools. We can adapt this course to suit the variety of tools that are used in your workplace. These tools include, power drills, circular saws, drop saws and grinders.

This course will provide an understanding of the potential hazards associated with the use of hand tools and power tools as well as the safety precautions required to prevent those hazards from occurring. Power tool hazards are addressed by the power source used: pneumatic, liquid fuel, hydraulic, or powder-actuated. The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements.
